The following issues should be paid attention to when choosing ventilation equipment:
1.Determine the type of ventilation equipment according to the purpose. When transporting corrosive gases, anti-corrosion ventilation equipment should be selected; for example, when transporting clean air, ventilation equipment for general ventilation can be selected; transport easily explosive gas or dusty air When using explosion-proof ventilation equipment or dust exhaust ventilation equipment, etc.
2.According to the required air volume, wind pressure and the selected type of ventilation equipment, determine the machine number of the ventilation equipment. When determining the machine number of the ventilation equipment, it is considered that the pipeline may leak air, and the calculation of the system pressure loss is sometimes not perfect, so the air volume and wind pressure of the ventilation equipment should be determined according to the formula;
Flexible Silicone Cloth air duct,Flexible PU film air duct
Air volume: L’=Kl . L (7-7)
Wind pressure: p’=Kp . p (7-8)
In the formula, L’\ P’- the air volume and air pressure used when selecting the machine number;
L \ p – calculated air volume and air pressure in the system;
Kl – air volume additional complete coefficient, general air supply and exhaust system Kl=1.1, dust removal system Kl=1.1~1.14, pneumatic conveying system Kl=1.15;
Kp – wind pressure additional safety factor, general air supply and exhaust system Kp=1.1~1.15, dust removal system Kp=1.15~1.2, pneumatic conveying system Kp=1.2.
3.The performance parameters of the ventilation equipment are measured under the standard state (atmospheric pressure 101.325Kpa, temperature 20°C, relative temperature 50%, p=1.2kg/m3 air), when the actual performance conditions are different, the ventilation design The actual performance will change (the air volume will not change), so the parameters should be converted when selecting ventilation equipment.
4.In order to facilitate the connection and installation of ventilation equipment and system pipes, the appropriate outlet direction and transmission mode of the fan should be selected.
5.In order to facilitate normal use and reduce noise pollution, ventilators with lower noise should be selected as much as possible.
